The portfolio that never stops shipping.
Two of these are platforms we own and operate. Two we designed and built for clients. Every screenshot is the running software, with real users — the most honest answer to “can you actually build this?”
Our platform
Best Aqua Solution
Your whole back office, running in one place.
Live at crm.bestaqua.com.eg- What it does
- Your field agents, warehouse team, and accountants stop stitching spreadsheets together and start working off the same screen: customers and complaints, visits and sales targets, stock and spare parts, cash boxes, salaries, contracts, and installments — all in one place. It's what a business reaches for the day the paperwork stops keeping up with the work.
- How it's built
- One system quietly runs as two separate brands, and everyone who logs in sees only their own job — a warehouse clerk and an accountant open what feel like two different apps. It's built in Arabic, right-to-left, from the very first line, not translated on afterwards. And the small annoyances are gone: the long report that used to die halfway through loading now just finishes, every time.
- What it proves
- If we can run one platform as two branded businesses, each with the right screen for every role, the multi-tenant product you have in mind is well within reach.

- What it does
- Reception books and checks patients in, doctors write up records and prescriptions, and the front desk issues invoices — all on one patient timeline, in Arabic or English. It runs a single clinic or a whole chain of branches, and steps up to full hospital mode when you need departments, wards, and admissions.
- How it's built
- Every record stays locked to its own clinic, and you decide exactly who sees what — right down to “only their own patients.” Nothing can be quietly changed after the fact: the history is tamper-proof, so an audit holds up. Double-bookings are caught before they happen, and invoices go out already cleared with the Saudi (ZATCA) and Egyptian (ETA) tax authorities — no separate compliance scramble.
- What it proves
- If we can keep medical records audit-proof and clear two countries' e-invoicing rules, your compliance-heavy workflow is a version of something we've already built.

- What it does
- Al Ikhlas Wood has built pallets, skids, and crates outside Cairo since 2008, heat-treated to export standard. Their buyers are procurement managers weighing up suppliers, so the site has one job: show at a glance that this is a serious manufacturer, then make asking for a quote effortless.
- How it's built
- We rebuilt it from the ground up, off a generic theme that made a real business look small. English and Arabic each get their own proper site — real right-to-left, not a mirrored afterthought — so both stand on their own in search rather than one riding on the other. And there's no fragile CMS to break: the content is locked in, so a page can't quietly go missing.
- What it proves
- If we can make a manufacturer's catalogue fast and easy to find in two languages, your public front door is well within reach.

Client build
KSB-Trading
A catalogue that ends in a quote.
Delivered — awaiting the client's public launch
- What it does
- KSB-Trading sells corrugated packaging to restaurants, online sellers, and wholesalers. Buyers browse by category, check the specs that actually decide a purchase — flute, board grade, size, minimum order — and gather what they need. No prices, no checkout, because that's simply not how this trade buys.
- How it's built
- The basket works like a quote list, not a cart: it remembers what you added as you move around the site or switch languages, and slides open from any page. Send it, and both sides get a dated reference to talk about the exact same request. The whole catalogue lives in both English and Arabic, with right-to-left built in from the start rather than bolted on.
- What it proves
- If we can turn a spec-heavy catalogue into a steady stream of quote requests in two languages, your commerce flow is in safe hands.

Delivered, running — just not linkable.
Not everything we've built can be screenshotted. Client-internal systems run behind their owners' walls — but we can name them.

Why a studio that runs its own products builds better ones for you.
We feel the cost of our own shortcuts. When a lazy decision in Best Aqua Solution wakes someone up at month-end, we pay for it — so we don't take those shortcuts with your build either.
We operate the software we write, not just deliver it. We know what breaks at 2am, what the tenth support ticket looks like, and why the boring choice usually wins. Launch is our midpoint, not our finish line.
This work spans back-office operations, healthcare, manufacturing, and B2B commerce — in Arabic and English, under real regulatory pressure. All that hard-won instinct is yours from day one. You're not paying us to learn the shape of your problem from scratch.
Tell us what you're trying to build.
A conversation, not a sales call. We'll tell you honestly if we're the wrong fit.
