We build software.We know business.
OCA is a software studio. We design, build, and — the rare part — actually run custom software and SaaS products, our own included. So we think with you before we ever build for you.
We ship what we sell.
Four projects: two are our own platforms, two we built for clients. Every screen below is the real thing, live today — that's our testimonial.
Our platform
Best Aqua Solution
Agents, warehouses, contracts, and accounting — one system instead of six.

Our platform
OCA-Clinic
Scheduling, records, and billing for clinics that would rather be treating patients.

Client build
Al Ikhlas Wood
A bilingual site that turns supplier research into quote requests.

Client build
KSB-Trading
Corrugated packaging you browse by spec, with a quote basket instead of a checkout.

Most vendors build what you ask for.We ask why —then build the thingyou actually need.
We think before we build.
We challenge the brief. The first thing we deliver is usually a better question than the one you came in with.
We stay after launch.
We run our own products in production, so we build things that survive contact with real users — not just a demo that passes review.
We work with operators.
This is for founders and operators with a real business worth understanding — not for anyone shopping for the cheapest hands.
What we build
Fields we already know.
You shouldn't fund a vendor's education. These are the industries where we've already done the learning — with named systems to show for it.
Pharmaceutical & healthcare
Systems built for Janssen, GSK, Sanofi, and Takeda — and a clinic platform we run ourselves.
Corrugated carton & packaging
Three plant ERPs already built for this industry: Agro Pack, Nice Pack, and United Pack.
Manufacturing ERP
Production ERPs — orders, stock, costing, approvals — built more than once, running today.
Trading & financial systems
Cash boxes, custody, stock movement, and installment contracts — handled in production every day.
HR & payroll
Salaries, custody, and staff records — already running inside a platform we operate.
Operational dashboards
The live picture your morning meeting actually needs — ready to build on any of the above.
Built by OCA, run in production
One system for the whole back office
A business selling through field agents, on installment contracts, across several warehouses — customers, complaints, stock, cash boxes, salaries, and contracts each lived somewhere different, and month-end was an act of reconciliation. Best Aqua Solution put them in one system.
The move that mattered was making the software build itself around each person. Everyone logs into the same system but only ever sees their own job — so a warehouse clerk and an accountant may as well be using two different apps. The very same system even runs as two separate brands, BestAqua and iFilter.
A report dying halfway through loading is the bug nobody writes in a spec.
We only caught it because we run this ourselves. Now that report just finishes, every time — the kind of fix you only make when the software is yours too.

How a project runs
- 01
Understand
We dig into the business before anyone talks features. You get a written point of view, not a quote form.
- 02
Shape
The plan, the direction, and an honest estimate with its assumptions laid bare — so you can push back before a single line is written.
- 03
Build
Working software every week, in your own code from day one. You watch it take shape instead of waiting for the big reveal.
- 04
Run
We keep it live, keep it healthy, and keep making it better.
This is where most agencies leave. It's where we live.
You've done this before. It went badly.
“The vendor built exactly what the spec said. It was wrong.”
We treat the spec as a hypothesis and pressure-test it with you first. If the brief is wrong, you hear it before we build it.
“The agency vanished after launch.”
We operate software long-term — our own and yours. Launch is the midpoint of the engagement, not the exit.
“Nobody could explain what the money bought.”
You get working software every week in your own repo, plus written thinking you can inspect. Progress is visible, not reported.
Tell us what you're trying to build.
A conversation, not a sales call. We'll tell you honestly if we're the wrong fit.
