A studio, not an agency.

Agencies staff projects. A studio has a point of view, its own products, and skin in the game. OCA is the second kind.

We spend our own moneyon our own software. It changes how we spend yours.

The studio builds and operates its own platforms — Best Aqua Solution and OCA-Clinic — in production. Every recommendation we make to a client has already been tested against our own P&L; we know which shortcuts get expensive because we've paid for them.

The team is globally distributed and senior-only. You talk to the people building the thing, not an account manager relaying messages. Fewer hops between the problem and the person who can fix it.

We stay small on purpose: fewer projects, chosen carefully, done properly. It's the only way we know to keep the quality bar where it is — and to stay for the years after launch.

What we believe about software.

Most software is too big.

The features nobody uses still cost you — to build, to maintain, to hold in your head. We ship the smallest thing that's actually true.

Boring technology is a feature.

We reach for the proven tool over the exciting one. Novelty is a cost you pay back at 3am.

The spec is a hypothesis.

It's our best guess before contact with reality, not a contract with the truth. We hold it loosely and test it early.

Maintenance is the product.

Software isn't finished at launch; it's alive. The years after are where it earns its keep or quietly rots.

Speed comes from understanding, not hurrying.

The fastest projects are the ones where nobody had to guess. Clarity up front beats heroics later.

If you can't explain it plainly, it isn't done.

Jargon is usually where the thinking stopped. We keep going until it's simple.

Sound like the way you'd want it built?

A conversation, not a sales call. We'll tell you honestly if we're the wrong fit.
